June is primarily a self-taught artist who first learned Batiking in high school. Having experimented with different methods of this art style for over thirty years, she has developed some interesting techniques of her own.

She does many pieces related to the environment and also women’s strengths. She is an active member of the Pittsburgh art community. A number of her pieces are available in prints. Her style is colorful, whimsical and graphic. June participates in various charity auctions and art shows.
